Are your vehicles comprehensively insured?
Yes, Terms and Conditions Apply.
What is the deposit refund period?
Within 7 working days.
Is there an excess charge for additional drivers?
We do not charge any excess on additional drivers. They need to have the specified requirements for them to be allowed to drive.
What is the breakdown response?
We have a 24-hour hotline which you can call in case of a breakdown. Our road side assist partner will come to your rescue at any time.
What are the cross border charges?
We only charge you for vehicle clearance.
Is there a different security deposit for one rental day?
The security deposit is dependent on the type of vehicle, and not on the length of hire.
What is your fuel policy?
We give you a car with a full tank upon rental, and we expect it to be returned with a full tank upon expiry of the rental.
Do you operate 24 hours?
We operate 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm. However our Customer Service and Fleet team are always on standby incase you need assistance.
Do you offer unlimited mileage?
NO. However, arrangements can be made on some special hires
